MINERAL EXPLORATION & PROJECT EVALUATION

ITIG Products, LLC invest in NI 43-101 Technical reports standard disclosures of mineral projects that will include mineral resource estimate, property of merit, and preliminary economic assessment. In addition, we invest in viability studies including pre-feasibility and feasibility studies along with scoping. The pre-feasibility studies will demonstrate the economically mineable part of a measured or indicated mineral resource and show probable and proven mineral reserves. All our NI 43-101 report will be complete with all 27 sections.

Executive Summary
A summary of the entire report from a high level, including an overview of each section without as much analytical detail.

Property Description
The location, legal agreements, environmental liability and operational permits for the mineral property.

Sample Preparation & Analysis
Review of drilling campaigns, sample chains of custody, preparation and assay procedures, and the actual sampling study results.

Mineral Processing & Metallurgical Testing
An outline of the test work completed and a summary of the results and expected mineral recovery rates.

Recovery Methods
A description of the process flowsheet and the processing capacity.

Marketing Studies & Economic Analysis
Data that supports the economic feasibility of the development and production of mining, including any relevant models.

Introduction
The purpose, source of information, qualified persons, terms of reference, units of measure and other related information.

Exploration & Drilling
Data from rock samples, surface geochemistry, geophysical surveys, and other reports, as well as drilling procedures and results.

Mineral Resource & Reserve Estimates
Grade estimates, resource optimization, mineral resource classifications, and other data.

Mining Method
A summary of the mining methods to be employed, the mining schedule and production rates of the various minerals.

Capital & Operating Costs
Provide the development methodology for the project capital and operating costs as well as the schedule of expenditure.

Conclusions & Recommendations
Overview of the data and conclusions that can be made from it, along with a recommendation of how to proceed.

We select only “qualified persons” that can be from another company or our employee that can perform the 43-101 techincal reports. We also partner with junior mining companies that need investments to perform many functions in the exploration and project evaluation.

Typically, these reports are produced by independent companies without affiliation with the mineral property. One or more OPs may be involved in a report along with one or more consulting company. Sources of these reports will include independent consultants such as geologists, environmental scientists and process engineers, specialized consulting companies and engineering companies.

The geologists have expert knowledge of the mechanisms of orebody formation and distribution within a wide range of geological and tectonic settings. The exploration services will include target generation, field mapping and analysis, remote sensing and geophysics, geochemistry, mineral system modelling, exploration project management, audits and valuations, exploration strategy and governmental advice, health and safety guidance, and program implementation.

Our company works with many territorial, local, state and federal governments that control mineral rights exploration. In addition, Indigenous groups or private land owners may own and administer mineral rights depending on the country.

When we plan to do an investment or raise capital for a new mine, we select multi-disciplinary specialists that can provide a comprehensive, integrated approach to viability studies (including scoping, feasibility and prefeasibility), due diligence reviews, economic evaluations, and risk assessments.

Our exploration discovery stage will also include on-site design and planning. This will include planning criteria and permit considerations such as safety, environmental impact and economic feasibility.
